Here's something that sets me apart: risk assessment, compliance, and quality aren't side skills I picked up along the way. They're my professional career. My background is in Quality, Compliance and Risk, a discipline rooted in asking hard questions, following details all the way through, and catching problems early rather than dealing with them later. I bring that exact lens to every mortgage file I work on. I read it the way an underwriter does, spot where a flag might surface before it does, and make sure your situation is positioned clearly and strategically from the start.

Most people count themselves out before they've ever had a real conversation with someone who can show them what's actually possible. I got here the long way, through real financial hardship, real mistakes, and a lot of figuring things out on my own. That's exactly what makes me good at this. With an honest picture of where you're at, we can find a path forward that makes sense for where you're going, not just where you've been.

I'll show up, problem-solve where I can, and put in the work even when you don't see it happening. I'm in it with you until we find what works, and I'll be honest with you when something doesn't fit. No jargon, no pressure, just real guidance from someone genuinely in your corner.
